JAKARTA, November 29, 2024. Amidst intense competition in the banking industry, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim) has successfully achieved outstanding milestones and contributed significantly to the development of the Indonesian banking sector through its consistently positive performance. In recognition of these achievements, bankjatim's President Director, Busrul Iman, was honored with the prestigious "Banker of the Year 2024" award by Infobank at the "Infobank Top 100 CEO & The 200 Future Leaders Forum 2024."

Held at the Grand Ballroom of the Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, the award was presented by the Former Governor of Bank Indonesia, Agus Dermawan Wintarto, and the Chairman of Infobank Media Group, Eko B. Supriyanto, and received directly by Busrul Iman on Friday (29/11).

Currently, payments for taxes, levies, and education can be made via virtual accounts or QRIS. All of this is done to achieve our vision of becoming the number one Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Indonesia,” he stated.
