Discription:

1. The attached Prime Lending Rate (Prime Lending Rate) information refers to OJK Regulation No. 13/2024, by using the Septermber 2024 Report database and considering the development of market interest rates, Prime Lending Rate may undergo changes adjusted to OJK Regulation No. 13/2024,

2. Prime Lending Rate is determined by the Bank based on various factors, including the benchmark interest rate set by the competent authority, cost of funds, overhead costs, profit margin, and the development of economic conditions,

3. Prime Lending Rate does not take into account the risk premium estimation component, the amount of which depends on the Bank's assessment of the risk for each debtor or group of debtors, thus, the amount of credit interest rate (SBK) charged to customers may differ from the SBDK calculation.

4. Prime Lending Rate excludes lending with special interest rates, promo interest rates, fixed rates for a certain period of time, interest rates for employees for welfare purposes, and the like,
