    • Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
    • Employee Requirements: Must be a permanent employee at the company at the time of application
    • Private Sector Employee Requirements:
      • Status must be a permanent employee at the time of application
      • Minimum employment period of 1 year (including the period before being appointed as a permanent employee) at the current company
    • Professional Requirements:
      • Minimum 2 consecutive years of experience in the same field, proven by a business/practice license or a letter for the renewal of the practice license
      • Possess verifiable income
    • Entrepreneur Requirements:
      • Business must have been operating for at least 3 (three) years, proven by the Annual Tax Return (SPT)
      • Must have their own business premises
    • Outsourced Personnel, P3K (Government Employees with Work Agreements), and Contract Workers:
      • Fixed income with payroll processed through Bank Jatim
      • Minimum of 2 years employment at the same company
