Business Credit for Agricultural Tools and Machinery (ALSINTAN)

Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Business Credit is an investment credit/financing specifically for the purchase of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery operated as Agricultural Equipment and Machinery taxis at the pre-harvest, harvest, and post-harvest stages.

  • Requirements and Procedures
    • Minimum business duration of 2 (two) years
    • Not currently receiving KUR (People's Business Credit) or government program credit for productive purposes
    • Can only receive Agricultural Equipment Credit once
    • Prospective Agricultural Equipment Credit Recipients must not have credit arrears (principal and interest) from Banks or non-bank financing institutions
    • Have Business Experience in managing Agricultural Equipment rental services with the following criteria:
      • Business has been running for at least 1 (one) year
      • Possess Agricultural Equipment in usable condition
      • Have Agricultural Equipment Operators and Technicians
      • Have an Agricultural Equipment care and maintenance schedule
      • Have access to the repair shop and Agricultural Equipment spare parts business as well as Agricultural Equipment user businesses.
  • Fees
    • Provision Fee: 0.5% of the credit ceiling
    • Administration Fee: Rp25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) up to Rp250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) depending on the credit ceiling
    • Collateral Appraisal Fee: Rp50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) up to Rp1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) depending on the credit ceiling
