TULUNGAGUNG, March 4, 2024. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim) not only focuses on business orientation, but also always pays attention to various social programs through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assistance in order to provide many benefits to the community. As shown this time, bankjatim has officially handed over CSR assistance to the Tulungagung Regency Government (Pemkab) in the form of 1 unit of mobile service car for the Tulungagung Regency Capital Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP). Regent of Tulungagung Heru Suseno on Monday (4/3).

President Director of bankjatim Busrul Iman explained, the car's assistance aims to facilitate accessibility for all communities in obtaining excellent service from local governments related to the licensing process. "With this mobile car, we hope that people can more easily access licensing services through DPMPTSP Tulungagung Regency and at the same time provide an understanding that taking care of permits is easy and there is certainty of time," he said.

The services in the mobile car include many things. Starting from receiving and examining files, information, consultation, to complaints. Everything related to licensing services can be served on the mobile car. "This is of course something good because we pick up the ball. Hopefully this assistance from bankjatim can make it easier for the community and have a positive impact on the economic growth of Tulungagung," Busrul said.

Busrul also emphasized that the provision of CSR from bankjatim is a form of the company's love and concern for the people of Tulungagung who have given trust and support in the sustainability of bankjatim's business. "We are committed to always be present with a variety of services to provide convenience in transactions to the community," he added.

In addition to the submission of CSR, on this occasion bankjatim also held the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Multipurpose Credit with the Tulungagung Regency Education Office and an e-parking MoU with the Tulungagung Regency Transportation Office.

Busrul explained, the multipurpose credit was intended for Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) within the Tulungagung Regency Education Office.

Busrul explained, the multipurpose credit was intended for Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) in the Tulungagung Regency Education Office. The goal is to fulfill all P3K emergency fund needs with very low interest and a fast process. "Hopefully, this MoU can improve the welfare of P3K in Tulungagung Regency," he said.

Then related to the e-parking MoU, according to Busrul, it indicates that bankjatim strongly supports the Tulungagung Regency Government program to go digital. "We strongly support the Tulungagung Regency Government's movement to increase non-cash payments among the community," he said.

Because, in the era of people who are currently increasingly digital literate, there will automatically be greater demands for the speed of public services and this is a challenge for the government in presenting digital technology-based services to adapt to the times. "Well, with a new breakthrough in the form of paying for parking using QRIS bankjatim in Tulungagung Regency, it can also increase regional income and at the same time monitor the performance of the parking attendants themselves," Busrul explained.

Meanwhile, Pj. Regent of Tulungagung Heru Suseno highly appreciated and expressed his deepest gratitude to bankjatim for the CSR assistance that has been provided and the cooperation that has been carried out. "We hope that this cooperation can continue and get better in the future. So that bankjatim can continue to make a positive contribution to economic growth in Tulungagung Regency," Heru said.
