The Best of Indonesia Service to Care Champion
BANK JATIM again won the award in the scope of the best service from MarkPlus Insight. After getting awards The Best Champion at the Surabaya Service Excellence Award 2012, for the category of conventional bank with assets <150T. This time awards was also given by a company founded by Herman Kertajaya to Bank Jatim with a much better predicates. If the previous measured the quality of service the local champion in Surabaya until become service excellence, so this time the assessment is based on a service-based "caring" that is based on sincerity and service solutions to customers (care).

As MarkPlus Insight commitment to encourage the service industry in Indonesia continuously to improve the quality of service until the stage of "caring", Monday (18/3) MarkPlus Insight conduct The events titled INDONESIA-TO-CARE SERVICE AWARD 2013. The event was held at The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place was attended by about 700 participants from business executives, marketers, academics and so on.   In the event, MarkPlus Insight gives awards to 12 (twelve) enterprise services industry categories based on the research results, even for category of banking, research has been carried out by MarkPlus Insight for the third time.

After an assessment of the six aspects of care, started from "Service Excellence" to "caring" includes Credibility, Dependability, Courtesy, comfortability, Connectivity, and Caring, conducted on 3200 respondents banking customers and 1150 respondents  non-banking in October-November 2012, and January-February 2013 in six (6) major cities in Indonesia are Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar then Bank Jatim determined awarded as The Best of Indonesia Service to Care Champion 2013 Category Regional Development Bank.

The award given directly by the World Marketing father Philip Kotler's to the President Director of Bank Jatim Hadi Sukrianto has been greeted with enthusiasm. "This is a remarkable achievement for us, thank you to the Insight MarketPlus for award given, said Hadi. Furthermore, Hadi said, "hopefully with the awards can provide positive energy for us to keep developing our services to customers and society in general to stage a better future," hope Hadi.
