MarkPlus Insight and Infobank magazine re-do the survey level banking customer satisfaction and loyalty for consumer banking segment. This annual survey has been conducted by Infobank Magazine since 2004. For this year, the event was named Indonesia Bank Loyalty Award 2013 was held at the Intercontinental Hotel MidPlaza Jakarta, Wednesday (17/4). Measurement of customer loyalty index refers to the four stages of customer loyalty is customer satisfaction (transaction), customer retention (relationship), migration barrier (partnership), and customer enthusiasm (ownership). From the survey conducted to more than 3,200 respondents in six major cities in Indonesia, the MarkPlus Insight and Infobank magazine monitoring the banking customer loyalty index to classify specifically assessment on conventional bank savings products, credit cards, Sharia banking savings products (iB), and savings products of the Regional Development Bank (BPD). Specifically for BPD customer loyalty index, survey just conducted on six BPD in the six biggest cities in Indonesia. Survey rated the same as conventional banks and Islamic banks.
