Bank Jatim Collaboration with Jember Regency Government in Order to Increase Financial Inclusion to the Community

The District Government (Pemkab) of Jember collaborated with PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. (bankjatim) to take steps to accelerate the increase in financial inclusion of the Jember Community by launching Agent SiPandai Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) and Joint Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDESMA) Jember Regency in early 2023 at Pendopo Wahyawibawagraha Jember Regency (11/01/2023).
Agent SiPandai BUMDES is an Office-less Financial Service in the framework of Inclusive finance. With this SiPandai Agent, financial transaction services and tax payments can be made without having to go to the bank office, but simply through SiPandai BUMDES Agents who have collaborated with bankjatim.
The SiPandai BUMDES Agents will be facilitated with Applications and Promotional Media that make it easy for agents to conduct Banking Financial transactions. With the SiPandai Application, agents can serve the public or customers like a bankjatim office network that can serve cash withdrawals & deposits, besides that SiPandai Agents can serve transfers, both to fellow bankjatim accounts and other banks.
SiPandai agents can also serve purchases such as the purchase of prepaid electricity credit and mobile phone credit. Communities and customers can also make electricity, water, BPJS, tax and other transactions through SiPandai agents.
