Meanwhile, in her speech, Khofifah said, to accelerate a person to get a job, there must be alignment between the needs of the world of work and the business world with the competencies possessed by the community. "We are grateful that the East Java Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) as of February 2023 was at 4.33 percent, lower than the national rate of 5.45 percent. I hope this figure can continue to fall by aggressively building synergy that is as productive as possible," he explained.

In the Job Fair, the East Java Provincial Government through the East Java Manpower and Transmigration Office also encouraged inclusiveness for workers with disabilities by presenting job vacancies for them. "This is our commitment so that workers with disabilities can get jobs," Khofifah said.

She emphasized that inclusiveness or equality for all the workforce is part of a shared commitment. Not only in the labor sector but also in education, health, and other public service spaces. "So there needs to be equality of treatment among the people of East Java in all sectors, especially for people with disabilities. And no less important is supporting job creators, such as start-up companies that can open more jobs for the community," said the number one person in East Java.
