Collaborate Bank Jatim and Bank Mandiri with Madiun Regency Government to Launch KPPD

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. (bankjatim) Bank Mandiri and the Madiun Regency Government launched the Regional Government Credit Card (KKPD) at the Young Graha Hall, Madiun Regency, (20/01/2023). The launching was attended by the Director General of Regional Financial Development of the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs Agus Fatoni, Madiun Regent Ahmad Dawami Ragil Saputro, and Director of Micro, Retail and Medium Enterprises R. Arief Wicaksono.
KKPD is a Credit Card that can be used as a means of payment for expenditures charged to the APBD. In this case, Bank Mandiri acts as the issuer of the Credit Card while Bank Jatim acts as a support system for the application of the KKPD in Madiun Regency. The purpose of using KKPD is regulated in PMDN No. 79/2022 is to increase transaction security, minimize the use of cash, reduce fraud, reduce idle cash supply. In addition, the issuance of this KKPD is also in the context of the success of the Proud Made in Indonesia National Movement in the implementation of government goods/services procurement.
