Announcement Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Financial Year 2015 PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk

Hereby notified to the Shareholders of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (“The Company”), that the Company will held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial Year 2015 (“The Meeting”) in Surabaya on Friday, January 29, 2016.

In accordance with article 12 paragraph (4) letter g of the Company’s Article of Association, the Invitation of the Meeting will be announced at least in 1 (one) Indonesian-language daily newspapers that circulated nationally, Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesian Stock Exchange) website and The Company website in bahasa and english. Notice for The Meeting will be published on 7 January 2015 with regard to the Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Financial Service Authority Rules) Number 32/POJK.04/2014 about Planning and Implementation of Go Public Company General Meeting of Shareholders (“POJK Number 32”).

The Shareholders who are entitled to attend in the Meeting are Shareholders or their proxy whose name recorded in Register of Shareholders of the Company on January 6, 2016, at 16:00 WIB, and / or shareholders of the Company in the stock sub-accounts on PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Indonesian Central Securities Depository) at the closing of trading of the Company stock on Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesian Stock Exchange) on January 6, 2016.

In accordance with article 12 POJK Number 32, 1 (one) shareholder or more shareholders that represent 1/20 or more than whole share with vote right, could propose meeting agenda’s proposal to the Board of Directors at least 7 (seven) days before the invitation date of the Meeting, December 31, 2015, with attachment of reasons and material of meeting agenda’s proposal as long as not be incompatible with legislation rules
